What is required at Check In? Is there a minimum age to book? 

Upon check-in, we require a credit card with matching photo ID to be presented. Please note, we do take a $150 incidental hold on the card. Upon check-out, the balance will be released, but may take a few business days to reflect in your account. The minimum age to check in is 23 years old. 

 

Can I check-in early/check-out late? 

Our check-in time is 3 PM and our check-out time is 11 AM. If you are interested in an early check-in or late check-out, we can certainly add a request to your reservation, however, it is based on our availability. It is always best to check in on the day of, and if we can accommodate, we are happy too. 

 

What is included in your Amenity Fee? 

For all stays a $46 plus tax per room per night Amenity Fee is applied to all reservations.  This includes a welcome drink, bicycles, beach chairs and umbrellas (seasonal), unlimited wi-fi, daily wellness classes, morning coffee and tea, pool access, swim towels, self parking, and access to cedar barrel saunas (seasonal).

Do you offer parking? 

Parking is available on the surrounding streets of the hotel.  In addition, we offer self-parking in our lot, just down the block from the hotel. Self-parking rates do vary depending on time spent.  Self parking is includied for hotel guests, just be sure to have your parking ticket validated prior to departure. In addition, valet services are available on select days for an additional cost. Are you a pet-friendly hotel?

While we love our furry pups, we are not a pet-friendly hotel. 

 

PEAK SEASON FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Can I use the pool if I am not a guest of the hotel? 

MAY-SEPTEMBER 

Pool loungers are available to hotel guests only. As a community guest you are able to enjoy the pool by renting a Cabana on all days of the week. Cabanas can be reserved within 30 days of your desired date. You can find Cabana booking information on our Pool page here.

OCTOBER - APRIL

Day Passes are available on select days for guests to enjoy our heated pool & outdoor saunas. You can find more information here.

As a hotel guest, what at the Pool do I have access too? 

Loungers are available to hotel guests on a first come first serve basis.  Due to the limited amount of loungers, we kindly ask that you are mindful of your time spent, so that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy one. Included in your resort fee, is pool access and loungers for up to 2 guests. To guarantee a seat and space throughout the day, Pool Cabanas, can be reserved for an additional price. You can find Cabana booking information on our Pool page, here
