What is required at Check In? Is there a minimum age to book?
Upon check-in, we require a credit card with matching photo ID to be presented. Please note, we do take a $150 incidental hold on the card. Upon check-out, the balance will be released, but may take a few business days to reflect in your account. The minimum age to check in is 23 years old.
Can I check-in early/check-out late?
Our check-in time is 3 PM and our check-out time is 11 AM. If you are interested in an early check-in or late check-out, we can certainly add a request to your reservation, however, it is based on our availability. It is always best to check in on the day of, and if we can accommodate, we are happy too.
What is included in your Resort Fee?
For stays in May-September $45 plus tax per room per night including a welcome drink, bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas and sunscreen, unlimited wi-fi, daily wellness classes, morning coffee and tea, pool access, beach towels, priority rooftop access and personal concierge services. The listed amenities are available for up to 2 guests and are available on a first come, first serve basis. Rooms with more than 2 guests over 21 years of age, may have additional fees incurred.
For stays in October-April (Off-Season) $30 plus tax per room per night including a $15 breakfast credit, welcome drink, bicycles, unlimited wi-fi, morning coffee and tea, priority rooftop access and personal concierge services.
Do you offer parking?
Parking is available on the surrounding streets of the hotel. In addition, Valet Parking is available for $50 per day within & out privileges. If you plan on driving we kindly ask you to let us know and we will do our best to ensure you have a spot. Payment for Valet is to be settled directly with the valet service upon arrival. Can I use the pool if I am not a guest of the hotel?
On Mondays-Thursdays, we offer community guests Day Passes and Lounger Rentals. These are based on availability and can be reserved 7 days out from your desired date. Community guests are able to rent a Poolside or Garden Cabana on all days of the week. You can find booking information on our Pool page, here.
As a hotel guest, what at the Pool do I have access too?
Loungers are available to hotel guests on a first come first serve basis. Due to the limited amount of loungers, we kindly ask that you are mindful of your time spent, so that all guests have the opportunity to enjoy one. Included in your resort fee, is pool access and loungers for up to 2 guests. To guarantee a seat and space throughout the day, Garden Cabanas and Pool Cabanas, can be reserved for an additional price. You can find Cabana booking information on our Pool page, here.
